I accept the rules, conditions, and regulations of this event and will comply with them.
I certify that I am in good health, am able to take part in this event and that all information provided on this registration form is true and complete.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for myself and aware that this event is difficult and hazardous for even well-conditioned participants under the most favourable of conditions.
I understand and accept that the risks including that I may become injured or incapacitated in a location where it is difficult or impossible for required medical aid to reach me in time to avoid additional physical injury or death. Knowing these facts, nevertheless, in consideration of NRNG’s accepting this subscription, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release and discharge to the maximum extent permissible by law.
NRNG, its directors, officers and employees, all sponsoring company(ies) and agency(ies) and individuals involved in this event from responsibility for any injuries or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in this and related events.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable and understand that I am solely responsible for all costs relating to medical transportation and/ or evacuation.
I will additionally permit the use of my name and pictures in social media, telecasts, newspapers, brochures and the like.
I agree that my personal data may be used by NRNG and/or shared with sponsors for the purposes of direct marketing.
Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardian or parent before registration.
Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund: Not allowed under any circumstances.
Deferral: Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Remark
These Terms and Conditions has been translated into Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version prevails.
