1. Processing and shipping times
• In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
• Pre-order items are subject to the estimated shipping timeline provided on the product page.
2. Delivery address and restrictions
• All items will be delivered to the Hong Kong address provided by the customer during order confirmation, using our selected logistics company.
• Delivery may not be possible in certain areas due to:
-Logistics coverage limitations (e.g., outlying islands, remote areas).
-Building restrictions (e.g., rural houses without lifts, security measures imposed by property management, or unclear house numbers).
• We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or changes to the recipient’s phone number or address due to these restrictions. Please ensure that you provide accurate recipient’s information.
3. Shipping fees
• Free shipping is offered for orders over HK$250.
• For orders under HK$250, shipping will be handled via SF Express with freight collect.
